This morning was another beautiful Spring day where sitting on the front porch of our home for sale with either 10 or 87 acres is just too tempting to pass up and not enjoy.
Especially since we are losing this ability.
Our loss is your gain!
This home with property can be yours if you have the means to pay for it, and can handle a 20 to 30 minute commute or work from home.
The photo at left is the view from the wooden bench we have on the front porch, the picture below is the lilac bush near the front porch that I could smell and mentioned in the little teaser video below.
This property has so many potential uses it’s hard to list them all, but look to the home page for an incomplete list that I came up with that day.

The amount of plants, trees, grass, birds and yes, even certain insects to enjoy here is just too long to mention.

Your commute in town may already be 20 minutes or more. We are no further than Geneseo and closer than Aledo if you work in most parts of the Quad Cities.
You might even be able to avoid the I-74 bridge! (Yeah, that will get replaced soon..)
Relax on your drive home, rejoice when you pull in the driveway. This is home and there is nothing like it.
Look every direction and see nothing but your own land and trees. That’s a feeling I am sure gonna miss and you can gain it.
